Young people form a large part of the membership of the Saint Lucia Red Cross. Our Red Cross Youth Program focuses on four main areas of development and aims at protection of life and health, being of service to community, promoting international friendship and understanding and promoting the Red Cross Principles.

Our youth programs are implemented through organized school and community branches headed by a branch coordinator.  These branches are divided into Juniors, Youth and Young Adults.

Juniors are those aged 5-12 years and are attached to primary schools.

Youth are those aged 12-17 years and are mainly attached to secondary schools.

Young Adults are those aged between 17-30 years and are at tertiary institutions or adults interested in serving as a young humanitarian.

Join us and become a young humanitarian.
